Clydesdale Donkey - Budweiser
Posted Jan 29, 2004A little donkey dreams of one day being able to run side by side with the world famous Budweiser clydesdales.

What kind of bridle is that your horse has one? It looks really comfortable for the horse. I like it :)

Lisa it's just a normal leather bridle... but instead of a bit we have always used a hackamore on Katie. the old man who rescued her from the auction started her in it and he told us when we bought her that he would like to see her stay in it, and it works great for her so we kept her in what he suggested. in fact i am going to at least try to start my 3-year-old in a hackamore as well... we really like it!
however there are several different types so before you go buy, make sure you talk to someone in the know... and especially avoid bicycle chain hackamores!
