Loving the Dragoons...

Had a fantastic time this weekend - despite a flat on the way home {sigh}. Friday night around the campfire was extra special with Lindsey and her guitar. My good friend LindaK also noodled around on it a bit so if she shows up to another campfire without her own guitar, we are gonna string her up! (I know, just kidding... but really, it was so cool! We stayed up until 10:30 (imagine that "10:30" in huge bold print!) which is unheard of...

If you weren't following this blog last year this time... we found a skull on that ride too but another gal got to take it home... this time it was MY turn :)

It was so nice to spend a weekend with my daughters (well 2/3 of them - missed you Andria!!!) and the horses... Thorn scared us to death on Saturday afternoon though, after the ride he suddenly got clammy and burning hot, his tongue and gums turned stark white, head hanging and trembly... some electrolytes from one friend and banamine from another and a bit of walking and he was right as rain in less than an hour. Very weird...

Unfortunately on the way home the real world comes crashing back, for all of us. Poor Lindsey is being hassled by my "internet stalker". Sure wish there was a way to block certain undesirables from a blog...
