Shame On Me

I have not gotten enough sleep this past week or so and it's catching up to me. I have been grouchy, crabby, negative, irritable - you name it. But my life is pretty good. I haven't lost any family members like BrownEyed Cowgirls. And our recent rescues are doing pretty well, and the people involved are real gems, unlike what has happened to Mikey - who actually shut down her blog as a result of the nastiness generated at fuglyhorse.com. This is only my second experience with that website and both have been very bad. I won't even go to the site to see what happened to Mikey... what they did to my other friend was bad enough - took pictures she posted of a just-rescued horse and proceeded to badmouth HER for letting the horse get in that condition. When the place they jacked the pictures from clearly stated that she had JUST gotten the mare away from the people who weren't feeding her...

Anyway I am going to bed early and hope to get a nap tomorrow, but even if I don't, I am going to try REALLY HARD not to be so grouchy :)

I try to go on fuglyhorse>com to leave some comment but the site doen't seem to work I regret what happene to Mickey.I love her blog her story the family horses dogs everything Hope she will be back soon

I agree with you. This is absolute bullshit! I love Mikey and the AZ gang! This is such a shame. What the hell is the matter with these people? Pisses me off! And it is so wrong in so many ways!

The take over of the Sheeple Mentality is in more than just politics and daily life- it happens in our equine realm as well. What happened with Mikey is a prime example of no rules, boundries or limitations being in place from the Sheeple Leader. The Sheeple Leader has some culpability in this act, as well, but is blithely going about her day as if nothing has happened otherwise.

Such a shame, there might actually have been knowledge there at one point in time, worth sharing.

I do not understand. When I go to this fugly horse.com, I just get like a catalog. What's going on with Mikey? I know that she shut down. What happened? Can we help?

I hope you have a pleasant and restful sleep, *smiles*!

I also hope that all is going fine with Mikey while she and hers work through whatever is coming at them.
I am sure that Mikey and family know a lot of people are concerned and send our best wishes.
